Jessalyn Nelson

Jessalyn is a Project Manager in Walter P Moore’s Houston Structural Group. As an industry expert, she has led complex projects across various market sectors, including healthcare, higher education, hospitality, and commercial. Recognized for her collaborative approach and thoughtful problem-solving, Jessalyn partners closely with clients and builders to deliver elegant, buildable solutions.

With 11 years of structural engineering experience, Jessalyn leverages her leadership and coordination skills to manage multidisciplinary project teams and subconsultants. In 2025, she began co-leading Walter P Moore’s National Healthcare Community of Practice, where she plays a key role in advancing the firm’s healthcare design practices.
