Neelam Soni

Neelam is a specialized expert in environmental engineering, with a strong focus on water supply systems. She has contributed to a wide range of projects in both India and the United States, including Smart City initiatives for water supply and wastewater collection in India, as well as public utility projects for the State of Texas. As a Team Leader in the Civil Engineering group in India, Neelam oversees project delivery and provides support in project management, resource planning, proposal development, and budget tracking. She plays a key role in managing the India Civil Engineering team, ensuring high-quality outcomes and effective coordination across all project phases.

Neelam has over 10 years of experience in the design and management of complex water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects. She has successfully led large-scale projects involving hydraulic analysis, site grading, and utility routing for high-profile clients across India and the United States. Neelam is deeply committed to sustainable design practices and delivering innovative, high-quality civil engineering solutions.
