Paola Vorphal

Paola is the Business Development Manager for Walter P Moore’s Construction Engineering Group, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the AEC industry. A civil engineer by training, she combines technical knowledge with a passion for relationship building and strategic growth. Having worked in both the public and private sectors in the United States and Chile, she collaborates closely with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty consultants to connect opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and support the successful delivery of complex projects.

Paola’s project background spans transportation infrastructure, commercial and residential developments, themed entertainment, and construction engineering. Her experience includes steel detailing, concrete formwork and shoring, project management, and multidisciplinary project coordination. Notable projects include Universal Orlando’s Volcano Bay water theme park, where she served as Steel Detailing Project Manager. This diverse project experience provides her with a practical understanding of clients’ challenges and the collaborative processes required to bring successful projects to life.
