Susendar’s expertise spans a wide range of sectors including sports, aviation, higher education, and themed entertainment. Having been in the AEC industry since 2004, he specializes in post-tensioned concrete, seismic design, vibration analysis and rockwork engineering. He is committed to building sustainable and inclusive structures for clients and partners.
Experience
As senior design manager in Los Angeles, Susendar provides technical leadership, engineering guidance and design oversight on multi-disciplinary projects. With a focus on creating practical, well-detailed and cost-effective designs, Susendar has helped deliver numerous projects across the United States and abroad, including California, Texas, and Panama. He enjoys mentoring younger engineers across the firm on design aspects, constructability, structural load paths, building code interpretations, and career development.
