His areas of expertise include damage assessments, construction defect analysis, and structural repair design. Vlad also brings extensive experience in litigation support, including expert witness testimony and deposition services.

Experience

With over 25 years of expertise in structural restoration, forensic engineering, and structural design across a broad range of market sectors—including multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, stadiums, and bridges. Vlad has extensive experience collaborating with building owners, property management firms, insurance companies, healthcare institutions, and government agencies. He also conducts in-depth investigations of deteriorating high-rise buildings, stadiums, arenas, steel structure failures, parking garages, prestressed concrete slabs, and precast concrete systems.
