About the Project
The Quarry Run Regional Operations Center is a public safety answering point (PSAP) designed to withstand EF3 tornado forces and man-made hazards, including ballistic impacts at critical locations. Serving Bexar, Comal, and Guadalupe counties, the Tier III Plus data center supports operations for the Sheriff’s Office, Police Department, and Fire Department.
The facility is composed of two integrated yet distinct structures. Built for extended operation without public utilities, its hardened areas exceed mission-critical performance standards. Approximately 10,000 square feet of non-hardened space supports occupant wellness, providing natural daylight and comfort during extended shifts.
