Our Commitment to Inclusion

At Walter P Moore, we want people to see a place for themselves and their ideas. That means building a culture grounded in respect, expanding opportunities to participate and grow, and creating stronger connections across our firm.

These values shape how we support our people, work with clients and partners, engage our communities, and contribute to the built environment.

Supporting the Work

The Inclusion Advisory Council helps advance Walter P Moore’s commitment to a workplace where people feel valued, respected, and able to contribute. Working with firm leadership and teams across the organization, the Council supports education, awareness, advocacy, and engagement that strengthen inclusion, belonging, and connection.

Council members help guide activities across our five strategic areas and bring perspectives from across the firm into the continuing development of this work.
