• Work closely with a team of structural engineers and drafters, providing leadership during analysis, design and construction administration project phases

We are currently looking for a Graduate Engineer in our Austin, Houston or Dallas office.  This individual will be responsible for: 

• Performing structural computations in the design and analysis of concrete, steel or other miscellaneous structures
• Creating analysis models and interpreting results for 2D and 3D structural frames
• Assisting with construction administrative tasks, including site visits and shop drawing review
• Understanding load paths for gravity and lateral loads and calculating applicable loads based on appropriate building codes

Requires oversight, review, and working with the design team and senior leadership to create best of class documentation, policies, and CAD/BIM production processes for use within the group. Close coordination with Project Managers, CAD Managers and Team Directors, may recommend design changes.
