Enclosure Consultant- Diagnostics

In this position, the qualified individual will design new enclosure systems, and design repairs for existing enclosure systems. They will perform review of enclosure systems for new construction, renovation, and restoration projects. The qualified individual will investigate and determine the service life of building enclosure assemblies. They will perform enclosure review to assess air infiltration, rain water control, heat transfer, and vapor transmission. They will perform building performance analysis including evaluate day-lighting, solar heat gain, thermal energy transfer, and holistic integration of the enclosure with building mechanical, lighting, and plumbing systems.

Structural Technical Modeler

Walter P Moore has an immediate opening for a Structural Modeler to join our dynamic Structural Engineering group in our Mexico City office. The qualified candidate will have at least 1-3 years of relevant experience working in the latest version of Revit design software in the role of Drafter or Technical Modeler. This individual will be responsible for preparation of construction documents for structural drawings and details on a variety of large commercial projects, primarily in the US. In this position, the individual will be required to work closely with a team of Structural Engineers and other Drafters and Modelers. A willingness to work in a team environment, following the standards we have in place is a must. A “can-do”, customer-service attitude is crucial.
Senior Engineer I - Water Resources

- Working with a group of engineers in the pursuit of water resources, drainage, hydrology and hydraulics design related projects and the related clients;
- Proficient understanding and knowledge of frequently used software such as HEC programs, XP-SWMM, MOUSE, etc. and how the use of each addresses water resources issues.
- Sound technical knowledge, especially in the area of water resources engineering.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
