• Assist in drafting and formatting proposal documents.
• Maintain organized project files, ensuring documents are properly filed and indexed.
• Review work products (e.g., reports, memos) for grammar, spelling, and formatting accuracy.
• Coordinate document production for litigation projects while following SOP requirements.
• Proactively follow up with clients for status updates to ensure project continuity.
• Support the Project Coordinator in tracking deadlines and ensuring the team stays on task.
• Submit expense reports using SAP Concur.
• Assist in maintaining and renewing professional memberships and P.E. licenses.
• Participate in team and office meetings, providing administrative support as needed.
• Assist with collection efforts on aged invoices when required.
• Maintain a daily record of time for both billable and non-billable activities.

• Working with a group of engineers in the pursuit of water resources, drainage, hydrology and hydraulics design related projects and the related clients;
• Proficient understanding and knowledge of frequently used software such as HEC programs, XP-SWMM, MOUSE, etc. and how the use of each addresses water resources issues.
• Sound technical knowledge, especially in the area of water resources engineering.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Work with the WRE team to identify and pursue water resources opportunities in which Walter P Moore can excel.
• Develop a national network of clients and consultant alliances to position the WRE group.
• Opportunity to experience GIS-based tools like ArcGIS, QGIS, or Google Earth Engine for watershed modeling and floodplain mapping.
• Get exposure to sustainable urban drainage systems, green infrastructure, and climate adaptation strategies for flood control.

• Handling large datasets, real-time monitoring systems and automation systems.

In this position, the entry-level Transport Planner or Traffic Engineer (intern / Fresher) who work with a team on a variety of transport planning / engineering projects. The responsibilities will include assisting in analysis, design and implementation of projects such as traffic impact studies, traffic simulation, travel demand modelling, signal designing etc.

Walter P Moore has an immediate opening for an Engineer or Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Structural Engineering team. The qualified candidate will have at least 12+ years of relevant experience working on design of office buildings, healthcare facilities, sports venues and other large commercial structures with construction costs of $25 million and up.  Project management experience is required.

The selected candidate will get opportunity to work on a variety of structural engineering projects in India and US, including residential high rises, commercial development, aviation facilities, sports facilities, healthcare buildings, and hotels.

The functions performed by engineering interns will vary, but may include the following:

• Develops, prepares engineering plans and designs for roadways
• Develops, prepares and reviews reports and studies to identify engineering solutions
• Performs various engineering tasks in the overall roadway project life cycle
• Address comments, markups on various roadway submittal sheets
• Develop various CAD drawings in MicroStation, Open Roads, AutoCAD, Civil 3D
• The intern will get to learn roadway design & its various aspects of design and delivery for U.S projects
• He/she will be trained on various high-end software’s for designing and production.

The qualified candidate will have at least 9 years relevant experience in a structural engineering consulting role and at least 3 years of managing structural projects. The candidate will have experience working on design and delivery of office buildings, healthcare facilities, sports venues and other large commercial structures with construction costs of $25 million and up.
