Martinez Moore Engineers has an immediate opening for a Project Manager to join our dynamic Structural Engineering group in our Downtown Dallas office.  The qualified candidate will have at least 6-10 years of relevant experience working on design of healthcare and educational facilities, office buildings, sports venues and other large institutional and commercial structures. Project management experience is required.

This individual must be skilled in the use of Autodesk Civil 3D to perform the following tasks:  Creating alignments, creating surfaces and contours, generating plan and profile sheets, creating roadway corridors, and using Civil 3D styles for labeling.  

In this position, the Senior Engineer/PM will work with a team of engineers and technicians designing and producing a variety of traffic engineering projects.  The responsibilities will include assisting in analysis, design and implementation of projects such as traffic impact studies, traffic operations studies, capacity analysis, traffic signal design, signal timing, signing, striping, lighting and traffic control plans.

The specific position responsibilities will include:

• Municipal roadway design 
• Tasks include technical design, quality control, and project management. 
• Sound technical design background
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. design codes and standards
• Related local experience preferred.

We are currently looking for the right individual to join our Dallas office, Structural Engineering group, in the role of Senior Structural Technical Modeler This individual will be responsible for preparation of construction documents for structural drawings and details on a variety of large commercial projects. In this position, the individual will be required to work closely with a team of Structural Engineers and other Drafters. A willingness to work in a team environment, following the standards we have in place is a must. A “can-do”, customer-service attitude is crucial.

Walter P Moore has an immediate opening for a Forensic Architect/Project Manager to join our dynamic Diagnostics Group. The qualified candidate will have relevant experience acquiring forensic Architectural business related to architectural design, construction, moisture intrusion, and building enclosure components. Experience with premises liability claims and/or accessibility standards is a plus. Project Management experience is required.

We are currently looking for an Engineer in either our Dallas, Houston or Austin office. This individual will be responsible for: 

• Performing structural computations in the design and analysis of concrete, steel or other miscellaneous structures
• Creating analysis models and interpreting results for 2D and 3D structural frames
• Assisting with construction administrative tasks, including site visits and shop drawing review
• Understanding load paths for gravity and lateral loads and calculating applicable loads based on appropriate building codes
• Assisting with design drawings, quantities, cost estimates, specifications, reports and other project deliverables while working with the structures team
