Justin specializes in designing and managing large, complex public assembly facilities, with a focus on sports venues, aviation, and healthcare projects. His portfolio includes notable projects such as Target Field, Allianz Field, and GEODIS Park, showcasing his expertise in delivering iconic, high-performance facilities. As a recognized leader in Major League Soccer (MLS) stadium design, Justin has played a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of sports venues. He is also leading upcoming landmark projects, including Tenessee Titan’s new Nissan Stadium and the Buffalo Bills’ new Highmark Stadium, where his strategic leadership ensures the delivery of innovative, community-focused designs.
Experience
Justin leads Walter P Moore’s Sports Community of Practice, guiding the design of premier sports facilities with firm-wide expertise. As a Principal and Senior Project Manager, he is committed to delivering solutions that balance the needs of the design team, construction team, owners, and end users.
A leader in Integrated Delivery, Justin has spearheaded some of the firm’s largest and most complex projects through Walter P Moore’s ConnecTID® process. This approach enhances connectivity across project teams, reduces risk, and delivers greater value by integrating multiple disciplines, including structural engineering, enclosure engineering, construction engineering, parking consulting, and secure design. By leveraging advanced digital tools and fostering cross-discipline communication, Justin ensures cost and schedule certainty while reliably achieving design intent.
With a strong technical foundation and extensive field experience—including a year on-site during the construction of Target Field—Justin brings a deep understanding of the entire project lifecycle. His collaborative approach and innovative problem-solving ensure complex design challenges are addressed efficiently, resulting in structures that enhance communities and improve the quality of life for end users.
