Steve brings more than 20 years of structural engineering experience across new construction, major renovations, adaptive reuse, historic rehabilitation, and forensic evaluation. He has worked with a wide range of building types, including industrial facilities, schools, offices, and historic structures. His primary focus is the evaluation and upgrading of existing buildings for use as data centers and other mission-critical facilities. He often involves feasibility studies, strengthening of structural systems, and developing strategies that balance constructability, performance, and speed to market.

Steve’s expertise spans projects from targeted $1M renovations to $1B hyperscale campuses, as well as schools, offices, industrial facilities, and historic structures. He specializes in helping developers and operators transform existing buildings into high-performance data centers through feasibility studies, peer reviews, and strengthening strategies. Steve also brings extensive experience in structural design, renovation, and diagnostics, giving me a broad perspective that connects technical solutions to project delivery and long-term performance.
