As Managing Director of the Structures Group in the Tampa office, Dylan leads teams delivering complex structural projects with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and design excellence. A Senior Principal and Managing Director, he works closely with clients, architects, and project teams to translate design vision into elegant, buildable solutions. His leadership emphasizes strong coordination and thoughtful execution across both new construction and renovation projects.

Dylan has extensive experience in the design and delivery of sports and athletic facilities, including stadiums, arenas, and training venues. His work spans new construction, renovation, restoration, and expansion projects, where he serves as a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex design and construction challenges.

He is also a leader in the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance coordination, improve delivery efficiency, and support rapid prototyping. Known for his ability to solve complex challenges through collaboration, Dylan brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach that aligns design intent with constructability and performance.
