Candidates should have a sound technical background, strong written and oral communication skills, and enthusiasm for the challenges of water resources engineering.  Understanding of basic hydrologic and hydraulic principles and familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required. Prior experience on civil site development or drainage study projects is beneficial, but not required.  Experience with HEC-RAS (1D/2D), HEC-HMS, SWMM5 and/or ArcGIS is preferred.

As an engineering intern in our structural engineering group, you will participate on project teams for architectural projects of all types, including commercial, sports, healthcare, and public assembly buildings. We have immediate openings for a Building Enclosure Consultant with professional experience in building enclosure design, modeling, assessment, testing, and repair to join our growing Building Enclosure Practice in our Diagnostics Group, based in our DC office.

The Sr. Project Manager will take on the responsibility of managing the technical production and contractual aspects of multiple projects within the office with focus on restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, and forensics related work. This candidate will also assist in business development and growth of the Diagnostics Group. The candidate should have experience and interest building restoration, parking rehabilitation, renovation, building enclosure issues in addition to forensic engineering work.

The qualified candidate will have relevant experience acquiring Structural Diagnostics business with either an industrial or commercial structure focus. Project Management experience is required.
