We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country-Specific IT Manager to lead and expand our in-country IT team. This role is critical in managing and recruiting IT personnel, ensuring efficient technical support services for the Eastern Half of the World—including Asia / Pacific region, and, to a lesser extent, Europe. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT operations and demonstrate familiarity with operations in the United States, gained either through education and work experience in the U.S. or an equivalent background. We are seeking a driven and motivated Recruitment Intern to join our HR team in Pune. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment operations, including candidate interaction, interviewing, and coordination. This role provides learning opportunities in recruitment practices.

We seek well prepared students of top engineering colleges to expand their education in civil engineering through the internship program offered at Walter P Moore.  As an engineering intern in our civil engineering group, you will participate on project teams to design a variety of civil/land or site development projects, including, large and small commercial and institutional developments.  

The Assistant Facilities Manager supports facilities operations across India, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, and Australia. This role oversees leasing activities, interior design and construction projects, and the development and installation of office spaces. The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and a high degree of creativity and autonomy.

The Electrical Intern will support the assessment, planning, and documentation of electrical systems across large real estate and infrastructure projects. The role involves assisting with technical due diligence, cost estimation, compliance checks, and preparation of engineering reports to ensure timely and high‑quality project delivery.

The Mechanical Intern will support the evaluation, planning, and documentation of MEP systems for large real estate and infrastructure projects. The role includes assisting with technical due diligence, feasibility assessments, cost estimation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and high‑quality project outputs.

• Curate and validate website content by coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders for each section requiring updates.
• Rewrite and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s messaging and branding guidelines.
• Coordinate closely with the website/IT team to support and track the final implementation of content updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage data related to website content and updates.

We have an immediate opening for the right individual to join our Civil Engineering Services Group in our Pune, India office in the role of Design Engineer I.  In this position, the Design Engineer I will work with a team of engineers and technicians on the design and production of various civil engineering projects, including the following responsibilities:

• Perform cost estimates and/or miscellaneous data research.
• Prepare the CAD drawings, layouts, and other engineering Computer Aided Drafting tasks.
• Assist in developing civil engineering site plans and reports utilizing civil engineering design skills and understanding.
• Assist in collecting project related data and research utility records in support of project investigations and production efforts.
• Assist in the design and production of technical projects, and assist in miscellaneous organizational work.
• Technical specialization and proactive teamwork are pluses.
