Practice Areas

Jason Coleman is a Managing Director within our Diagnostics practice, bringing deep expertise in façade assessment, structural repair, and the rehabilitation of existing buildings. His technical focus spans masonry and concrete restoration, parking structures, façade ordinance inspections, and the preservation of historic buildings. Jason also contributes to the design of new structures, offering a comprehensive perspective on both legacy systems and modern construction.

Experience

A licensed professional engineer in seven states and a licensed structural engineer in Georgia, Jason has practiced structural engineering across a wide range of building types and conditions. He is a SPRAT-certified Level 3 rope access supervisor, having led façade assessments on buildings exceeding 950 feet in height. His experience includes the evaluation and repair of complex building enclosures, concrete and masonry structures, and structural failures. As a Fellow of the International Concrete Repair Institute, Jason is widely recognized for his contributions to the advancement of concrete restoration and repair practices.
