Having been in the industry since 1986, Cliff brings a high level of structural design experience to the table delivering a wide variety of commercial architecture projects. As the Structural Managing Director in the Kansas City office, Cliff listens intensely to clients and owners and is focused on the entire project, not just the needs of the structural team. Whether it’s a commercial office building, a higher education research/teaching facility, a sports/recreation facility, or a justice/civic facility, he has the passion and insight to assist clients in transforming their abstract needs into a constructed solution, all while working within limited budgets, tight schedules, and construction realities.

Practice Areas

Cliff’s has practiced structural design for a wide variety of commercial architecture projects, including commercial office buildings, higher education research/teaching facilities, sports/recreation facilities, and justice/civic facilities. He excels in working within limited budgets, tight schedules, and construction realities while mentoring the next generation of leaders and managers.

Experience

With over three decades of industry experience since 1986, Cliff has delivered numerous successful projects by truly listening to clients and owners and focusing on the entire project, not just the needs of the structural team. He has made significant contributions to notable projects such as the Kansas City Music Hall, University of Kansas Central District Development, Sanford Regional Medical Center, and Kansas State University Seaton Hall Renovation and Additions.
